Jim's Beach Villas

Jim's Beach Villas is situated just south of Hikkaduwa in southern Sri Lanka, just metres from a gorgeous 2km long sandy beach with rock pools.  

This is Jim's second luxury boutique hotel, opened in 2022, and we aim to provide the same high-quality personal service provided at Jim's Farm Villas for over ten years.  

Our 10 rooms are set in an acre of lush tropical gardens; the Main Villa offers five light twin/double/single rooms leading off our central Atrium; two separate garden rooms are large enough to become family rooms with two extra beds; in our front garden we have our Palm Bungalow with three double/single rooms.  

All rooms are en-suite with shower and have air conditioning plus fans, tea/coffee making and hair driers.  The main Villa rooms have beautiful back balconies overlooking the garden. Guests enjoy waiter-served meals in the main Villa dining area overlooking the gardens and pool (pool towels are provided). 

All our furniture is made from locally-sourced hardwood and built in traditional Sri Lankan style, including antiques.  Our full size single beds convert to super kingsize upon request. Guests might like to experience our four-poster super king beds. We have a high-level Yoga Pavilion, benefiting from gentle sea breezes, with yoga equipment provided free of charge.
