Specially designed to showcase the best of Sri Lankan craftsmanship all our rooms have cool kumbuk wood flooring, vaulted wooden ceilings and lime plaster walls.  We are very proud to have used local craftsmen to create our traditional teak and rattan furniture.

All rooms have individually controlled air-con and fan, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer, bath/spa robes, plus luxury pure white Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. Free wifi is available in each Villa.

Hilltop Villa - 5 bedrooms

• Upper floor - 4 spacious double bedrooms ensuite with showers and shared balcony
• Ground floor - 1 single ensuite bedroom with shower
• Large airy open-plan living and dining space with widescreen TV, games and library
• Poolside verandah plus cabana for outside dining or BBQs.
  

This villa is ideally suited for exclusive use by a large family group.

Spice Garden Villa - 4 bedrooms:

• 2 extra-large luxury bedrooms, which are ideal Family rooms (maximum 2 x extra  children's beds per room); en-suite bathrooms with bath and outdoor shower, plus  private balcony
• 2 large double bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms with outdoor shower and balcony
• Spacious first-floor terrace for dining outside, plus indoor communal lounge
• Ground floor library/lounge with smart TV.

Open-plan reception area on ground floor as rendezvous point with cloakrooms.

Mango Villa - 5 bedrooms

• 3 extra-large double/family rooms which can accommodate up to three extra beds; large bathroom with bath and shower; private back balcony with fabulous views, shared  front balcony.
• 2 large double/family rooms which can accommodate two extra beds; large  bathroom with bath and shower; private back balcony with fabulous views, one with  plunge pool; shared front balcony
• Stylishly-furnished interior lounge/seating area plus games area featuring a smart TV, pool table and table football
• Extensive verandah with terracotta flooring; grass area for sunbathing overlooking our mango orchard
• Our Bamboo Spa is located at Mango Villa offering a range of Ayurvedic treatments including soothing or therapeutic massages

Our Villas are accessible to guests with limited mobility, as there are rooms available at ground floor level; please ask for details when booking.

The Villas are surrounded by palm trees and landscaped gardens.  They share the large swimming pool, which is adjacent to Hilltop, but is available for all guests. Spice Garden is set opposite our own spice garden, with its fragrant and colourful trees, palms, spices and herbs, which thrive in this fantastic climate. Mango is set atop a ridge facing east/west offering wonderful views of both sunrise and sunset, the countryside and mountains surrounding Jim's Farm.
