Free cots are available for babies under 2 years old. 

Meals 

Breakfast:   US $15 per person 

Lunch:         US $15 per person 

Dinner:        US $25 per person 

Half-price meals for children under 10 years old; children under 2 years eat free. 

All teas, coffees, and drinking water served with meals are complimentary, including afternoon tea and cake. 

Please note that a 10% service charge will be added to your bill, along with 2% government taxes on all bills raised locally. 

Each luxury boutique hotel villa can be booked for exclusive use for a 10% reduction on the usual room rates in Sri Lanka. Meals will, of course, be charged as extra. 

If you book four nights or more directly with us, we offer a 10% reduction on your room rates. 

We would be delighted to discuss any special requirements you may have for your honeymoon, family, or group celebrations. 

Children’s meals can be specially selected and served at the perfect time for you and their enjoyment. High chairs are available, and dinner can later be served to the adults in your party so that you can be near your young children at night. 

Drivers - 1 per room booked - are welcome to stay free of charge at Jim's Farm Villas. 

Please note that a minimum of 50% of your room rate must be paid with the booking to secure confirmation; your deposit will be returned if your booking is canceled more than three months before your date of arrival.
